Wanamataifa Investment Company Ltd (WICL) was registered in 2011 as an investment arm of the UNSACCO to generate revenue for UN Sacco and provide alternative products such as housing, land and Insurance.

 The company is 100% owned by UN SACCO and is governed by 5 out of the 9-directors of the UN Sacco. It is run by the Secretariat headed by the General Manager under the guidance of the WICL Board.
